Started in 1992 as a partnership firm under the name “Shiv Builders”, we converted ourselves into a private limited firm in 2009. Since then, the company was promoted by Mr. Nirmalsinh Gohil and his family members until later, upon his demise, Mr. Siddharthsinh Gohil - his son took over the charges to lead from the front in 2012.

Engaged in road and civil construction works like construction of roads, bridges, structures etc, SBIPL establishes execution capability in mid-size construction projects as it is heavily engaged in road and civil construction works. Having a track record of 25 years in various types of construction projects, SBIPL is registered as class AA contractor with Public Works Department (PWD) of Gujarat. We also have a long standing association with various government bodies such as PWD, R&B Dept, Panchayat, Irrigation Dept, GSRDC, GMB, Municipal Corporations, RRPD, moRTH, NHAI ,National Highway Authority of India, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, Border Roads Organisationetc. Apart from the government projects, the company has also undertaken many other private projects.
